Child Safety Standards

Baseline Inc. (hereinafter "Company"), the operator of Woota, is committed to creating a safe environment for all users and strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This document outlines our standards, policies, and procedures to prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE on our platform.
1. Zero Tolerance Policy
Woota maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any content, behavior, or activity that sexually exploits or endangers children is strictly prohibited on our platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sharing, distributing, or soliciting CSAM (child sexual abuse material)
- Grooming or attempting to groom minors for sexual purposes
- Sextortion or any form of sexual coercion involving minors
- Facilitating or promoting child trafficking
- Any sexually explicit communication with or about minors
- Any content that sexualizes minors in any way
2. Age Restriction and Verification
Woota is designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. We implement the following measures to enforce this restriction:
- Identity Verification: All users must complete real-name identity verification during the sign-up process to confirm they are 18 years of age or older.
- Age Gate: Users who do not meet the minimum age requirement are denied access to the service.
- Account Removal: Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended and removed.
3. CSAE Detection and Prevention
We employ proactive technical and operational measures to detect and prevent CSAE on our platform:
- Content Moderation: All user-generated content, including profile photos and chat messages, is subject to automated and manual review to detect and remove CSAE-related material.
- Keyword Filtering: We maintain and regularly update a list of prohibited keywords and phrases associated with CSAE to flag and block harmful content.
- Behavioral Monitoring: We monitor user behavior patterns to identify potential grooming, exploitation, or other suspicious activity targeting minors.
- Technology Solutions: We utilize industry-standard technologies and tools to detect known CSAM and prevent its distribution on our platform.
4. Reporting Mechanisms
Users can report suspected CSAE through the following channels:
- In-App Reporting: Users can report concerning profiles, messages, or content directly within the app using the built-in report function.
- Email: Reports can be submitted via email to dev@woota.app.

All reports are treated with the highest priority and confidentiality. We are committed to reviewing and responding to every report promptly.
5. Response and Enforcement
When CSAE-related activity is detected or reported, we take immediate and decisive action:
- Immediate Suspension: Accounts involved in suspected CSAE activity are immediately suspended pending investigation.
- Content Removal: Any CSAE-related content is removed from the platform without delay.
- Law Enforcement Reporting: We report all confirmed or suspected CSAE incidents to the relevant local and national authorities, including law enforcement agencies and organizations such as NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) as applicable.
- Permanent Ban: Users confirmed to have engaged in CSAE activity are permanently banned from the platform and prevented from creating new accounts.
- Evidence Preservation: Relevant data and evidence are preserved and provided to law enforcement authorities as required by applicable laws.
6. Staff Training and Awareness
All employees and moderators at Woota receive regular training on:
- Identifying signs of CSAE, grooming, and exploitation
- Proper handling and escalation procedures for CSAE reports
- Applicable child safety laws and regulations
- Trauma-informed approaches when dealing with CSAE cases
- Internal reporting procedures and obligations
7. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Woota complies with all applicable laws and regulations regarding child safety, including but not limited to:
- Youth Protection Act of the Republic of Korea
- Act on the Protection of Children and Youth Against Sex Offenses
- Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection
- Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy
- Applicable international child protection laws and standards
